What happens if a product is out of stock?

If one of your favorite products is out of stock, email us directly so we can do our best to make sure it will be available ASAP!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We want you to start using our product as soon as possible! Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days for you to get a hand packed box from us so be patient! :) 

How can I check the status of my order?

All customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number upon placing their order.  If for any reason you did not receive a tracking number, contact us immediately!

Does Cowen Enterprise ship internationally?

We do! Unfortunately our Free Shipping promos do not apply internationally.  

Since Cowen Enterprise Inc. has no control over changing custom policies, we cannot take responsibility over customs clearance, duties, holdings, and any other financial expenses incurred, including but not limited to returned packages or reshipping requests after leaving our facility.

 

Cowen Enterprise will not be responsible for any loss of the product(s), and/or any expenses incurred for the return and/or reshipping of the returned product. Any additional fees are at the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local postal service for any additional information regarding customs fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the rules and regulations regarding their county. We apologize for all inconveniences and ask for your understanding.

Is there a limit of how many products that can be purchased online?

Feel free to purchase as many products as you would like! There is no maximum limit to the amount of products you can purchase. However, if you are interested in purchasing in bulk, feel free to contact us for wholesale pricing!

What is our return policy?

At Cowen Store, we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most-effective professional skin and health care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out!

In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 14 days of purchase along with official receipt and/or authorization codes.  There may be a 20% restocking fee and freight paid by the customer, when applicable. Please note that purchased gift certificates are not returnable.

Cowen Enterprise authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. Unfortunately, we do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from Cowen Enterprise via phone or our web site within the last 14 days, then you may send the unused product in its original packaging back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement.  Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

Returned items are subject to inspection by Cowen Enterprise staff.  All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories or  any original unopened product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used or damaged.

If you paid with a gift certificate, store credit, and/or Reward Points along with a credit card, the gift certificate, store credit and/or Reward Points will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number written on the outside of the package cannot be accepted.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Cowen Enterprise. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

 Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.

 We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorized retailers of Cowen Store. If you have any questions about Authorized Retailers, please contact our Customer Service Department.

How do I return a product(s)?

The easiest way to return products is to gain authorization to return or exchange your product by contacting us through email (info@cowenenterprise.com) or phone (909-595-1690).

Our office hours are Monday - Friday  9:30 am - 5:00 pm. (PT).

Once you obtain authorization, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging.

Be sure to include the reason for return and a copy of your customer number, name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, packing slip, & return authorization received from us via email. Once all of this is included, mail your return within 14 days of purchase to the address provided in your return authorization. Always allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. If there are any additional questions, feel free to contact us.

Need to cancel an order?

Oh no, we don’t want you to miss out on using our products but for some reason if you need to cancel your order directly contact us through email or by phone. Allow up to 2 weeks to be fully refunded.
