Very good supplement to add to your daily vitamins. Great for a healthy heart! Large softgels but it's manageable.

I was recommended this brand by my personal trainer and it's been a great addition to my daily supplement intake. Quality and potency are definitely packed into each golden soft gel. Only thing I would say it is a bit of a struggle for me to swallow them due to the size. Would definitely recommend a try if you're trying to boost your Omega-3's

I have tried a couple different fish oils from Coscto and CVS, but I have to stick by this one. Heart disease runs in my family, so I make sure to prevent by taking these daily!
